LC-1: one-color line for ribbons allows printing both rigid and elastic fabric ribbons with a screen-printing frame. It can be customized according to customer requirements, both in width and in length, the width of the belt can vary from 400mm to 1600mm, while the length of the printing unit is usually between 500 mm and 1300 mm (with the measurement we mean the stroke useful for printing). It has a double inlet bar that allows adjusting the tension of the ribbon before it stick on the belt, in output, it has a shaker that facilitates the detachment of the narrow fabric from the adhesive belt. The print carriage has adjustments that allow moving the screen-printing frame lengthwise and crosswise, the cleaning lift is bilateral, the frame can be raised to a height of 300 mm, which allows an easy cleaning of the frame. The print stroke is managed by an encoder in such a way as to guarantee correct positioning of the squeegee without this passing over areas where the colour is not yet dry. The single-colour LC line requires an introduction INT-01, an oven for drying the ink Delta and one exit to boxes EXT-01.
