Foulard-NF is a pretreatment unit station made up of: two rubberized rollers, one of which is free and the other motorized, the rubberized roller movement is managed by an inverter which allows the advancement speed to be changed; of the two rollers, one is fixed while the other is mobile with pressure regulated by a pressure gauge. The immersion tank holds approximately 4/5 liters of product and is easily removable from the side. The entire structure is made of stainless steel in order to guarantee greater compatibility with any chemical agent or product that is used.
The purpose of this tank is to pre-treat ribbons before digital printing, a necessary preparation for both pigment and sublimation printing.
