Automatic circular printing machine for printing non-woven fabric available from 1 to 2 colors with intermediate spaces for the insertion of drying hoods. The machine is equipped with honeycomb aluminum templates with quick release system.
The machine has 6 or 8 printing planes which allow the insertion of inter-drying hoods for the polymerization of the inks. For the application of printing on cotton no woven fabric, drying alone through intermediate hoods is usually sufficient, the use of the oven is recommended if you use plastisol inks or for greater color fastness.
Each print head, equipped with a membrane keyboard, is characterized by independent functions in lifting and regulating the stroke, inclination and squeegee/scraper pressure. The machine is also equipped with a central "touch-screen" control panel which allows you to program various functions, such as automatic sequential start and stop, shimming, sampling, etc.
