The washing tank for screen printing frames is made of a PVC structure, resistant to all the main chemical agents used in screen printing; the tank is equipped with side, top and front splash guards, this allows you to have a circumscribed area where you can perform the washing / stripping operations.
The bathtub is available in the version with and without backlit viewer. The viewer positioned in the back of the tub has two neon lamps inside which allow the frame to be illuminated during the stripping phase. The viewer allows to detect and clean emulsions's traces that may still be present on the frame. The tub is mounted above an electro-welded and painted steel structure beneath it there are feet that permit to adjustable the height. The tank is complete with a tap with two inlets, a gun / lance for cleaning operations and a drain for connecting the tank to a purification system.

To complete the washing system, the tub can also be equipped with :
KIT-1:
VTS / VTSV + 1 TANK + 1 PUMP
This kit allows the water already used to be discharged from the washing tank using an electric pump to a collection tank with a capacity of 1000 liters. Once full, this tank must be sent for disposal or through a purifier the water can be depurate, which can be discharged into the sewer, only the solid residue will be disposed of.
KIT-2:
VTSV + 2 TANKS + 2 PUMPS (EXCEPT THE PURCHASE OF A PURIFIER)
This more complete kit allows you to drain the water to a first storage tank through an electric pump, from this first tank the water is passed through a purifier which then accumulates it in a second tank, where a second pump convey the depurate water to the cleaing tub and allows to reuse this water for subsequent washing operations.
