The flocking unit has a structure that can be positioned above a silk-screen printing unit. The add on equipment consists in a Plexiglas hopper made up of a brush with interchangeable slats for the correct distribution of the flock. This is housed through special supports at the guide of the print unit. In order to house the flocking unit, the silk-screen printing machine requires a modification that allows the correct management of the flock station.
MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES
- High voltage electrostatic generator adjustable from 0 ÷ 100 kV
- Useful flocking dimensions: 35 x 45 cm (other on request)
- The flocking group is isolated from the rest of the unit by insulating material.
- The brush acts on a steel net that acts as a screen for the flock.
- There are three types of net with different hole size, to be able to flock different types of flock.
- The movement of the brush is controlled by pneumatic pistons.
- The hopper is closed by transparent plexiglas walls.
- The flocking add on system is equipped with special supports that allow it to be housed above the screen printing unit.
- The hopper is inclusive of an electrical panel and a push-button panel to adjust the flocking time and consent to start from the customer's machine.
