In combination with the printing machines for no woven fabrics, we offer some independent solutions that guarantee a good feeding of the materials to the printer, below we are going to describe the introduction for fabric INT-01 NWF, the aforementioned equipment can manage cotton or polypropylene fabrics, it can be combined with any printing machine equipped with conveyor belt, the integration with the machine is independent from the number of printing units mounted on them, the drying method required and the used output: which can be done with a final cutting or rewinding of the printed material.
MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES
- INT-01 unwinder can manage from 1 up to 2 reels at a time, the fabric after being uncoiled is folded to remove any tension on the fabric to be printed.
- The speed management of the unwinder is carried out by means of photocells that define the correct speed of supplying the fabric to the printing machine.
- The feeding speed follow the printing belt speed.
