Printing Cilynder
Cylinders available in various diameters and lengths, with different engraving thicknesses so as to allow prints with greater ink amount. The number of threads usually varies between 40, 60 and 80 mesh, the gelatin layer that generates the thickened effect can vary from 10 microns to a maximum of 160 microns.
A series of Meshes defined as "special SP" is also available which increases the ink passage thus ensuring a greater supply of product, (ES: 40 standard mesh 23% pass, 40 Special 38% pass, the special mesh also gives also greater strength to the cylinder and allows to reach greater engraving thicknesses.)

Squeegees
Squeegees available in various lengths, with interlocking support to keep the ink in the printing area, the whole bar that keeps the squeegee can be easily removed leaving the cylinder mounted in the machine, this guarantees accessibility in cleaning operations inside the printing cylinder .

Magnet
The printing machine can be equipped with a magnet as an optional which is positioned under the printing belt; the magnet can be enabled and disabled if necessary. The force generate by the magnet attract the miller rod downwards, in this way we can print on the narrow belt the design engraved on the printing cylinder.
