LC-2: allows printing with one or two colours on both rigid and elastic ribbons, printing is carried out with flat screen printing frames. It has a double inlet bar that allows adjusting the tension of the ribbon before it stick on the belt, in output, it has a shaker that facilitates the detachment of the narrow fabric from the adhesive belt. The print carriage has adjustments that allow moving the screen-printing frame lengthwise and crosswise, the cleaning lift is bilateral, the frame can reach 300 mm height, which allows an easy cleaning of the frame. Squeegee correct positioning is guarantee by an encoder that avoid passing over areas where the colour is not yet dry. To print the second colour, the LC-2 Colours press has an IR intermediate drying hood, positioned between the two screen printing colours, this features prevent that the print after that first colour, not yet dry, comes under the second colour dirtying the second frame. The LC line requires an introduction INT-01, an oven for drying the ink Delta and one exit to boxes EXT-01.
